18McGee, situated in the heart of the Crossroads District, is the perfect building for the growing technology, marketing or advertising group that is looking for creative space. The building offers a state-of-the-art rooftop patio, a very visible exterior signage opportunity and the ability to walk to many nearby restaurants, shops, etc.

Over the next eighteen months the mixed-use Kansas City Star project will begin to take shape. Being a Tenant in the 18McGee building will be even more attractive at that time as the project which is just across the street will offer a brand new food hall, many other restaurants/amenities and a covered parking garage available to the Tenants who occupy space in the 18McGee building.

Vince Bryant, one of Downtown Kansas City’s most well-known office developers is spearheading the project. One of Vince’s most successful projects is the Corrigan Station building that currently houses WeWork, Holmes Murphy and Hollis Miller. Other well-known projects of his in the Crossroads area are the Creamery and Candle buildings both of which have been extremely successful as far as attracting Tenants.

Working Spaces and Avenue Logistics currently call 18McGee home.
