AREA’s industrial brokers, Matt Crawford and Brent Peterson, represented AuBurn Pharmacy in its most recent purchase of its newest office building. The 41,000 SF building is located within minutes of I-35 in Olathe, Kansas. AuBurn originally contacted AREA in regards to a building that we have listed, which ended up not fitting its needs. Instead, Matt and Brent decided to show AuBurn serveral building that would work for them and fit all its needs, as well as provide supplemental income via two long-term tenants that were established in the building. AREA enjoyed working with AuBurn and hopes to do more with them in the future.
Owners of AuBurn Pharmacy, Michael Burs and Steve Auten have been in the pharmacy industry since 1989. They became good friends while working together during pharmacy school. Mike and Steve, after years of owning their own pharmacy, decided to create a partnership in 1995. Today, AuBurn Pharmacy consists of 19 retail pharmacies throughout Kansas and Missouri. They also have a contractual relationship with the Anderson County Hospital, a St. Luke’s Health System Hospital in Garnett. AuBurn strives to provide fast, friendly, one on one service for 28 years and counting.
