Tribute Portfolio Hotel / Aloft Hotel is an over $100 million two-hotel project on the northeast side of the Country Club Plaza district. Restaurant availabilities include: 7,885 SF on two floors (both include patios), 2,390 SF rooftop bar including a 940 SF outdoor deck, and the possibility to include an additional 1,950 SF. Valet parking in the building will be available, as well as free parking in the adjacent garage. Large employers on and around the Plaza, including American Century, Lockton, Polsinelli, CBIZ, Russell Stover, Populous, Husch Blackwell and Bernstein-Rein will be key patrons to the restaurants.
