Evan began his real estate career in 2019. In early 2021, Evan joined AREA Real Estate Advisors’ Industrial Team. He focuses on managing and coordinating the team’s efforts to assist the industrial group and their clients. He specializes in real estate technology, matterport, and analytical analysis, helping provide an extra utility to his clients. Evan also represents both landlords and tenants through sale and lease transactions in the industrial and retail sectors.

Evan has lived in Kansas City for his entire life, which drives him to produce what is best for the city and its people, making it a better place to live and do business.  He is currently enrolled in the School of Business at the University of Kansas working on his finance degree, anticipating a 2023 graduation year.
