Seth Sinovic

Seth Sinovic joined AREA Real Estate Advisors in the summer of 2021 after an 11-year career playing professional soccer in the MLS, nine of which were with local team Sporting Kansas City. Throughout his playing career Sinovic was involved in charities including The Victory Project, volunteering at Children’s Mercy Hospital and Special Olympics. Seth also was Sporting Kansas City’s 2017 Humanitarian of the Year and 2014 Defender of the Year.

A Kansas City native, Sinovic attended Rockhurst High School. Following high school, he earned an Economics degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. At Creighton, Sinovic was a 2-year team captain of the men’s soccer team and was an Academic All-American.

At AREA Seth is joining the industrial team with the focus of representing tenants and landlords on sales and lease transactions. He has hit the ground running, already actively involved in multiple purchase and lease transactions.

Seth currently lives in Kansas City with his wife, Lauren, their daughter, Hattie, and their dog, Mac.
