The popular “Southern-style” fast casual restaurant, Chicken Salad Chick, is bringing its delicious menu to Overland Park, KS, with the opening of its first Johnson County location this summer. Situated in the Regency Park Shopping Center, this new restaurant promises to be a go-to spot for those craving a fresh, flavorful chicken salad experience. The restaurant will take over the former 3,919-square-foot La Fuente space at 9222 Metcalf Avenue.
What sets Chicken Salad Chick apart from its competitors is its exclusive focus on freshly made products. Their menu features a variety of flavors of scratch-made chicken salad, along with deli sandwiches, salads, and sides like loaded potato soup, mac and cheese, and fruit cups. Chicken Salad Chick is sure to bring Southern comfort to Johnson County! This will be their second location in the market; their other location at 1020 NW Pryor Road in Lee’s Summit has been open since December of 2024.
