Gardner City Council approved the zoning on a 262-acre mixed-use development which includes retail, multifamily and single family housing. The $200M development is located at the southeast corner of 175th Street & I-35 in Gardner, KS.
Phase 1 of New Trails, the retail portion of the development, will consist of retail/restaurant pads, a convenience store and a hotel opportunity.
“We are very excited to be a part of the marketing of the retail portion of this long-awaited project in the Gardner submarket. We have received very positive activity during our initial push on the first phase of the retail portion of the project and are looking forward to continuing to build that momentum in the coming months,” AREA’s Matt Vaupell told MetroWire Media in an interview earlier this week.
