Brooke joined AREA’s Property Management team in May of 2025. She is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience guiding institutional owners, investors, and tenants through the complexities of property management, leasing, and development across industrial, retail, and office asset classes.
Most recently, Brooke managed an institutional portfolio valued at nearly $1 billion, with assets across the U.S. and Canada—including small shop retail, big box stores, theaters, and other experiential real estate. She oversaw on-site third-party leasing and property management teams, led redevelopment initiatives for long-held assets, and directed ground-up expansion projects to drive long-term value.
Recognized for her strategic and hands-on leadership, Brooke brings financial acumen, market knowledge, and a forward-thinking approach to commercial real estate.
