Effie joined AREA Real Estate Advisors in 2026 as a Property Accountant, bringing more than 25 years of real estate experience.
Prior to joining AREA, Effie spent more than two decades with Curry Real Estate Services, supporting property management operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, inspections, budgeting, and daily operations of multifamily properties.
Known for her attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Effie has extensive experience coordinating projects, streamlining processes, and working with vendors, residents, and internal teams to ensure efficient property operations.
At AREA, Effie applies her operational knowledge and hands-on approach to support the property management team, strengthen client and tenant relationships, and maintain consistent service across the portfolio.
Effie attended Park University, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List. She has also volunteered with several community organizations, including Harvesters, Synergy, and United Way.
