Greg Foote joined AREA Real Estate Advisors in 2009, specializing in the sale and leasing of office, industrial and investment properties. Greg has worked in the commercial real estate industry, primarily in the areas of brokerage and development of office and industrial properties, since 2004. During this time, he has worked in tenant and landlord representation as well as being directly involved in all phases of development, from site analysis and acquisition to product delivery and disposition.
