Kirk Lyons

Kirk Lyons joined AREA Real Estate Advisors in 2019 as Chief Building Engineer for lightwell (formerly City Center Square).  After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Kirk joined the Kansas City Pipe Fitters Local 533 Union, where he was employed by The Fagan Company to serve his 5 year apprenticeship. After 11 years of working in the field as an HVAC Technician he found his way to commercial building engineering and has been in this field since.
