A Crossroads favorite is making its way to Kansas City’s most iconic shopping district, and it’s bringing more than just great style with it.
Do Good Co. is expanding to the Country Club Plaza and will be located at 608 W. 48th Street. Known for its curated mix of luxury resale and vintage fashion, the nonprofit boutique has built a loyal following in the Crossroads, and now it’s stepping onto a bigger stage.
For those who haven’t been, Do Good Co. isn’t your typical consignment shop. The boutique specializes in high-end, one-of-a-kind pieces from designer clothing to accessories, all thoughtfully curated with sustainability in mind. But what really sets it apart is the mission: 100% of proceeds go directly to local charities supporting children and animals in need.
That combination of elevated resale and real impact has made the brand a standout in Kansas City’s retail scene. Every item tells a story, and every purchase contributes to something bigger, whether that’s reducing textile waste or supporting organizations like KidsTLC and Wayside Waifs.
The Plaza location feels like a natural next step. Do Good Co’s sister concept, Faire du Bien, a curated consignment collection, will be a part of the new location. As the district continues to evolve with a more curated, experience-driven tenant mix, Do Good Co. brings a concept that aligns perfectly with today’s consumer: thoughtful, sustainable, and community-focused. It’s retail with a point of view.
AREA Real Estate Advisors’ Tiffany Ruzicka and Patrick Kohnle represented the landlord in securing the deal, helping bring another unique, locally rooted concept to the Plaza.
