We are excited to announce that Executive Centre Office Park is going through a long overdue transformation. The transformation will include significant updates to the exterior and interior of the three office buildings. One of the three buildings is available (90,000 square feet), and can be demised to accommodate tenants as small as 2,500 square feet.
We will be sharing more information as work is completed. It is our hope that you will join us in the coming weeks as we announce a broker event to share with you the newly transformed Executive Centre Office Park.
