Flip’d Makes Big National Debut in Kansas City Market

Flip’d, by IHOP, debuts its first location in the nation in Lawrence, Kansas. The fast-casual restaurant opened this week in the old Zaxby’s building on West 6th Street.

The breakfast restaurant is considered a more convenient concept of IHOP with a twist. The breakfast menu includes a “Build your Own Pancake Bar”, breakfast bowls, breakfast sandwiches and pancake bowls (four buttermilk pancakes, any flavor of your choosing, with options to mix and match 15 different toppings. A P.M. menu for the lunch and dinner customers can grab sandwiches, wraps and grab-and-go salads.

Along with a different and unique menu from IHOP, the customer has the option to order from a digital kiosk, pick-up or delivery, as well as a drive-thru option. The 3,500 SF location includes seating for up to 55 people. Its second location is planned for end of Q3 2021 in New York City.
