Some of the best business ideas start in unexpected places. For Adam and Kelly Bracco, that spark came during a family trip to Montana, where they discovered a neighborhood deli that inspired them to create a place of their own back in Kansas City. Now, after the success of their original Overland Park location, the locally owned concept is coming full circle with a second shop at Corinth Quarter in Prairie Village, a community the Braccos once called home.
Inspired by quality ingredients, warm hospitality, and a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere, La Fetta Delicatessen has quickly built a loyal following. Guests can expect handcrafted sandwiches, Italian specialties, house-made favorites, and a menu inspired by the iconic bands and artists many of us grew up listening to. The new Prairie Village location will also feature additional seating, giving even more people a chance to enjoy the La Fetta experience.
AREA Real Estate Advisors’ Tiffany Ruzicka and Patrick Kohnle proudly represented La Fetta in securing its newest home at Corinth Quarter, which is set to open by Labor Day.
“From the first conversation, it was clear La Fetta wasn’t just opening another sandwich shop. They were building a neighborhood destination with a great story and a memorable brand,” said Tiffany Ruzicka. “With the owners’ connection to Prairie Village and Corinth Quarter’s strong sense of community, this felt like the perfect fit. We’re excited to help bring La Fetta to the neighborhood.”
