Sporting Kansas City has signed a 30,000 square foot 10-year lease at 3Y, relocating the team’s offices to The River Market. The Class A Office building is located at 300 Wyandotte and is owned by SomeraRoad. Sporting currently offices out of the Marietta Chair building at 2020 Baltimore Ave in the Crossroads, and has been there since early 2017.
Occupancy at 3Y is targeted for next quarter and the space will office its ownership, management and administrative teams.
