PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT – From planning through delivery, AREA will manage the entire process, overseeing the construction phase to optimize time and value of the project.
PROJECT OVERSIGHT– AREA will conduct pre-construction meeting. AREA will also schedule on-going construction meetings throughout the process to keep communication open and establish project procedures, as well as monitor progress, timeline and design compliance.
MOVE MANAGEMENT – AREA will handle communication and coordination between all vendors involved in the move process including movers, furniture vendors, IT and building security.
FEASIBILITY STUDIES – AREA will help guide your real estate decisions with the development of your project’s capacity, timeline, cost discussion, and identification of value engineering opportunities. Conceptual design and space planning assistance also included.
BUDGETING – AREA will review and maintain project budgets as well as contracts, pay applications and change orders to ensure the project stays within budget.
PROJECT COORDINATION – AREA will create and manage project timelines while monitoring the schedule from beginning to final delivery. This includes vendor coordination and communication.
