ABOUT THE PROJECT

Fairway Corporate Center was built in 1982, and no major renovations or capital improvement projects have occurred since original construction. Floor plates of both buildings surround a full-height, open atrium with extensive interior plantings. The buildings primary HVAC source are individual, water-source heat pumps serviced by cooling towers and electric boilers. Ownership plans major renovations in next several years. The challenge AREA faces is to maintain the building and tenant satisfaction while AREA works with ownership to develop long term plans and strategies.
