Drew Harding joined AREA Real Estate Advisors as an associate in August of 2023, having previously served 5 years in the advertising industry. Today, he specializes in office space, with expertise spanning Landlord and Tenant Representation, as well as buyer and seller transactions. Drew also has experience in the industrial, multi-family and mixed-use sectors, working with both local and national developers and investors. Whether guiding investors, owners, or occupiers, Drew delivers tailored solutions that align with his clients’ long-term real estate goals.
