Melissa Burns

Melissa Burns joined AREA Real Estate Advisors in 2020 as lightwell’s Tenant Relations & Event Specialist. Not only does she act as liaison between Property Management and Tenants, but oversees the meeting and events space.  Prior to joining the AREA team, Melissa served as Executive Meeting Manager for the Courtyard/Residence Inn Downtown Kansas City. Having spent five years in the Hospitality Industry, Melissa has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exemplary customer service. Melissa has a passion for animals and spends her time caring for her special needs dog, Bush.
