Shilah Anway joined AREA Real Estate Advisors in August of 2020 as Assistant Property Manager assisting with the daily management activities at lightwell (formerly City Center Square).  Shilah also oversees the property management of the 3Y Building in the Historic River Market. Her duties include preparing reports for Ownership, negotiating service contracts, tending to the needs of tenants, overseeing the timely and successful completion of work orders maintenance/construction projects, and performing all of the management duties necessary to maintain such great buildings.

Shilah started her Property Management career in 1998 as an Administrative Assistant of a downtown commercial office complex.  In addition to her management duties, Shilah managed historic Ballrooms (wedding venues.)  Her duties included marketing, meeting with perspective couples, booking events, planning events, and performing the day of event coordinating for both wedding ceremonies and receptions.  Shilah was hands on attending all events from set up to day of coordination and break down ensuring successful events for all.

COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP
Shilah has volunteered with many organizations throughout her lifetime, with the most memorable and rewarding being CASA, Girls on the Run and mobile pet adoptions.
