Located in the heart of the Crossroads Arts District, The Pendergast Building was formerly the headquarters of the Jackson County Democratic Club and Chairman Tom Pendergast. 1908 Main is listed on the Kansas City Register of Historic Places and is a landmark center of influence in Kansas City and the entire nation.

The building entrance is steps away from a streetcar stop that connects to the River Market, Crown Center, Power & Light District and soon the Country Club Plaza / UMKC.
