EB&Co is making its way into the Johnson County market. Emily will open her third location in Leawood’s Hawthorne Plaza, located off 135th and Roe. Her current stores operate in Brookside and on the Country Club Plaza, with a popup store at Zona Rosa. Construction is underway on the 1,000+ square foot store, her largest store yet, and is hoping for an April opening.
“People have been asking for a store (in Kansas) for so long. … When I think of shopping out south, that’s where my mind goes,” founder Emily Bordner said of the intersection near Hawthorne Plaza. “I’m so excited to see it come to life.”
EB&Co is a modern accessories brand and fashion boutique. Emily curates and creates pieces that are trendy, unique and perfect for yourself or as a gift. This new location gives the retailer room to experiment with new product offerings in the décor and self-care categories, she said.
