American Trailer & Storage (AT&S) is a privately held, Kansas City-based company. Established in 1994, its mission is to provide quality transportation and storage equipment and professional service to organizations throughout the Midwestern United States. Since that time, AT&S has serviced the needs of hundreds of companies, large and small, with thousands of semi-trailers (storage, cartage, and over-the-road), storage containers, and office containers.
AREA Real Estate Advisors teamed up with Jones Development in the recent sale of an AT&S portfolio of low coverage real estate sites. The sale, consisted of three sites; 2 in Kansas City and 1 in Omaha, NE. It was a complete team effort to cross the finish line.
