Vince Bryant is the Founder and Principal of 3D Development in Kansas City. Vince has extensive experience redeveloping Kansas City’s urban core – the Crossroads Art District.

3D Development builds contemporary spaces with historic elements inspired by the use and character of the original buildings.  Each of their buildings is created for a combination of uses from offices and co-working spaces, to restaurants and event spaces.  Their signature feature for each development is a thoughtfully designed rooftop space to enjoy breathtaking views of downtown Kansas City.

Barton’s resume also includes creator and founder of Edison Spaces, a flexible workspace option for startups and small companies, with two locations in Overland Park.

Barton is best known as the founder of Freightquote, which he started in 1998. Freightquote is an online transportation broker of freight services throughout North America, the largest in the world.

He is devoted to making sure restaurants are at their best when they focus their efforts on the quality of their food and service by taking focus off of technology and letting ChowNow take over that section. He oversees all operational aspects of the company. He resources between departments and is involved in hiring, corporate processes, business development, client success and strategy.

Alissa Wehmueller is Principal and Director of Interiors for Helix Architecture + Design. She melds her experience across workplace, education and hospitality projects to create spaces that seamlessly blend multiple functions. Over the last 10 years, Alissa has developed specialized expertise in workplace design. Her experience includes offices for a variety of Kansas City organizations, most notably, AMC Theatre’s new corporate headquarters. Her design process is based upon close client collaboration to create spaces that are experiential, impactful and facilitate a healthier and happier company culture.

Alissa is an NCIDQ certified interior designer, a LEED accredited professional and an active member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). She is passionate about the Kansas City design community and has served as the President of the IIDA Mid America Chapter, Co-Chair of Kansas City Design Week, and is the current President of the Center for Architecture and Design. Alissa was also selected to be a member of the Mayor’s Challenge Cabinet and the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce’s Centurions Leadership Program Class of 2017.
